Immunity bowl recipe


Who also craves comfort food when it's cold outside? If you're like me there's nothing more cozy than a warm, nutrient-dense, and delicious superfood oatmeal bowl. And if it comes with a healthy twist then it's even better! Get your immune system to the next level with this amazing smoothie bowl recipe. What you'll need:

 

1/2 cup of gluten free oats

1/4 cup of water

1 tbsp of unsalted almond butter 

1 tbsp of our Immunity Super Powder

1/4 cup of plant-based milk (oat, almond, coconut, or macadamia milk)

1 tbsp cinnamon

Toppings of choice: banana, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, 

 

Process:

Soak the gluten free oats overnight in water. The next day you'll see that the oats have softened a bit. Add the plant-based milk of your choice, Immunity Super Powder and mix them up. Finally add the cinnamon, almond butter and any toppings you like. Hope you enjoy it!
